List, if it is not then move to a Browser that supports our player.
Stage 2. Move to a location and device with a fixed internet connection
Stage 3. Re test the Stream via the Test Stream Link
Stage 4. Contact your funeral home and inform them of the problem. Please be prepared to confirm your device and internet connection speed. We will then partner with your funeral home to provide support prior to the service date. Please note we are unable to provide support post the service date and we rely on families proactively testing the streaming platform prior to the service and we are not in a position to provide a service guarantee if we only become aware of the issue after the service.
